Specification
Extremely long-lasting, very reinforcement-resistant hammer drill bit with high-strength carbide head with four cutting edges. Optimum material quality and innovative geometry ensure precise, smooth drilling over the entire service life.

No hooking in and running off centre

The symmetrical 4 x 90u00b0 cutting edge geometry prevents the hooking in or running off centre of the drill bit when striking reinforcement or hard pebbles in concrete.

Perfect drilling properties

Thanks to head geometry that is tailored to the drill bit diameter.

  • 12-15 mm: One-piece carbide element (fig. 1) for a high degree of stability thanks to the maximised surface for connection with the steel body.
  • 16u201330 mm: multi-piece carbide element (fig. 2) for faster drilling progress and improved buffering of the torsional forces thanks to the trisection design.
  • 32u201340 mm multi-piece, very wide carbide element (fig. 3) with specially reinforced ends for optimum durability when used with very powerful hammer drills.

Optimum guidance in drilled hole

Thanks to the four cutting edges and four-spiral geometry of the drill bit, the bit is optimally guided into the drilled hole. You get perfectly cylindrical drilled holes which are optimum for use with anchors.

Constant drilling speed

The drilling speed remains constant throughout the entire service life of the drill bit thanks to the special head geometry.

Precise spot drilling

The special self-centring tip enables precise spot drilling.

Notice

Iron reinforcements may only be drilled through with permission from a structural engineer.

With long drill bit lengths, pre-drill using a short drill bit of the same diameter.
