Notice

Store and use container in a well-ventilated location. Container is pressurised. Protect from sunlight and temperatures over +50u00b0C. Recommended storage temperature +10u00b0C to + 30u00b0C. Optimum application temperature is +15u00b0C. Disconnect hose only when de pressurised and drained and with the valve on the container closed. Observe the information in the operating instructions.

Application

For demanding surface bonding in trade and industry. Thanks to its special characteristics, it is ideally suited to postforming. Can be used to bond various materials, such as decorative laminates, HPL, chipboard, melamine, various metals, textiles, cover fabrics, cork, wood, fibreglass cloth, various plastics (not suitable for PP, PE, PTFE, silicone, vinyl or polystyrene plastics).

Typically used for wood processing and in special vehicle construction, especially in areas in which tailored solutions and productivity are regarded as important.

The system is ideal for mobile use in workshops.

Instructions

The surface must be free from grease, oil, dust and solvents. One of the adhesive surfaces must be absorbent.

Connect the postforming application gun and the connection hose to the container, then slowly open the container valve.

Check the connections for leaks. Evenly spray surface to be adhered from a distance of approx. 10u201315 cm. Move the gun at a constant speed when doing so.

For contact adhesives, evenly wet both surfaces to be adhered to between 80u2013100%. Flash-off time: approx. 2 to 5 minutes. When the applied adhesive no longer lets off a thread when touched with a finger (at the thickest point of application), bonding can occur. Push components together briefly by applying pressure. Sufficient pressing force is essential to ensure positive adhesion.

Clean the application gun, connection hose and the small adhesive impurities with contact spray adhesive cleaner.

The hardened adhesive joint may not come into contact with solvents or contact spray adhesive cleaner
